Who we are: Inspired 2 Change, LLC, 6670 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Ste D Unit 1044, Grand Rapids, MI 49508, david@inspired2change.net.
What we collect: Mobile phone numbers and first names that people provide when they opt in to our texts (by replying YES to a permission text or texting CHANGE to our number). Phone numbers and first names from individuals David has personally known or worked with, used to send the weekly texts they agreed to receive. Basic website technical data from our site host, Wix, and Google Analytics.
How we use it: To send the weekly texts people opted in to receive, to respond to STOP, HELP, and other keyword messages, and to keep our records of consent.
Who we share it with: We share phone numbers only with our text-messaging provider, SimpleTexting, solely to deliver messages on our behalf. We use Wix to host this website.
Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention: We keep phone numbers and opt-in records while you remain subscribed, and for four years after you opt out so we can honor your opt-out.
Your choices: Reply STOP to any text to opt out. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request deletion, email david@inspired2change.net.
Children: Our texts are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes: We may update this policy. The current version will always be posted here.
